I had a great stay at this hotel! The location in the center of town was so convenient for exploring, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were really clean and well-maintained. Plus, having parking available was a huge plus.

Rooms were a bit noisy first thing in the morning. Marble floors and wooden furniture carry every sound of chairs moving in rooms upstairs.

Good location in Abano,drinks are very cheap at the hotel,if you want to travel with your baby, its very comfartable, pool is fine

Our room was veryyyy smallll, we want to change it and no help! towels were all torn! Nobody speaks English except Mikele( the lovely restaurant chef)

the spa had both indoor and outdoor pools with natural hot springs, which was a unique and relaxing experience. the hotel was also located in a convenient area, close to attractions and public transportation. the hotel offered free bicycles to explore and stay active during the visit.

The rooms were small and outdated, with limited amenities. the noise level in the hotel was also high due to the large number of guests.

The hotel has an excellent pool which is naturally heated and comfortable. The public spaces are large and reasonably attractive.

The room was a bit tired in terms of decor and the air-conditioning was very noisy and seemed to draw cigarette fumes into the room.

I liked location in the centre of Abano, there is a small park in front of the hotel, about 3 minutes from bus stops (to Padova, Venice, Montegrotto terme). It's very good place both for spending weekend and for longer stay for treatment.

We loved the central location of this place, right in the heart of town. It made exploring the area so convenient. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was cozy and had a stunning view from the 9th floor. We also appreciated the ample storage space for our belongings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The breakfast was amazing, the pools were great, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

1)The staff was extremely unprofessional and very rude.2) No wifi in the rooms not even if you want to pay for it which is very surprising nowadays and especially in a 4 star hotel. According to the staff they have it at the reception lobby but it never worked and when you ask the receptionist about it they get aggressive and rude and just answer : "I don't know how it works". 3) We found in the room several dead bugs around the window edges.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the key attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to answer any questions I had about the area. I had a great experience during my business trip.

The elevators were quite small and sometimes crowded during peak hours. the pool area was a bit outdated and could use some renovations.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is right in the heart of the town with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. the bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. the breakfast spread is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy the lovely gardens on the property.

Excellent breakfast, good parking, nice pool, clean facilities. Quick check-in, English-speaking staff. Professional spa treatments, amazing facial and manicure by Arjeta, great massages by Francesca. Good food and wine at pool bar. Extended checkout time. Highly recommended!
